Spa Policies

Because we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly: therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. 50% of your spa bill will be charged to your credit card or gift certificate for a missed appointment or for cancellations made with less than 24 hrs advance notice.

We kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our policies:

• All spa services are reserved especially for you; in order to best accommodate you and all others following you, we must ensure that appointments start on time.
  
  
• Our appointment cancellation policy is as follows: single services require 24 hours prior cancellation notice, and packages require 48 hours notice. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancelled or missed appointments.
  
  
• We highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. You can secure reservations by phone, or in person using your MC, Visa, AMEX or Discovery credit card. Gift certificates may also be used to book spa appointments.
  
  
• Please note that gratuities are not included in our services. We recommend gratuities to be 15%-20% of the service.
  
  
• Please advise us before your appointment of any medical or allergic conditions you may have, or if you are pregnant.

Spa Etiquette and Procedure

• In order to best accommodate you and all others following you, we need to make sure appointments start on time. To that end, we ask you to please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Any time past the scheduled service time may be deducted from the full service. (Please note, this is also for your sake; we want you to relax before the service, so please arrive 15 minutes early!)
  
  
• Please present all gift certificates at the time of check-in. (Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash).
  
  
• Silk robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. Shower facilities are available to you on the premises, as well as amenities such as hair dryers and brushes. Cosmetics are not provided; ladies, if you need to reapply makeup after your service, please bring it with you.
  
  
• We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items and suggest leaving jewelry at home.
  
  
• Lunch is available with any package for an additional fee.
