What is my cost to use the 91 destination vacation offer?
A $20.00 registration fee and room taxes between $8.00 to $19.00 per night, depending on the resort city selected. That's an average of less than $11.00 per person, per night, for 1st class accommodations in your choice of resort cities!
Do I have to purchase airfare or attend any sales or timeshare presentation to receive this offer?
NO! Absolutely not! We are one of the only services in the United States today that can promise that your travel arrangements are up to you. We though can assist you with Airfare, Car Rental and other travel services. You will be offered the opportunity to attend a sales presentation but you are not required to do so as part of this offer. The resort might offer you additional nights, dinner, show tickets and other amenities if you do decide to attend. Again, you are not required to do so.
What are the blackout dates on these vacations?
The period of December 15 - January 5th is not available. Some resort destinations may not be available during holidays or major conventions.
How long do I have to use the vacation once it is issued?
One year from the issue date.
What would I pay for the same rooms in a sample city without your offer?
In Las Vegas, our hotels' mid-week advertised rates run from $50 to $190.00 per night for the same rooms as you receive. Really! Other resort cities mid-week advertised rates are between $79 - $200 per night.
Can I Pick The Hotel? What Kind of Hotel Will I Be Staying In?
Sorry, but you do not get to choose your hotel. Once you receive your reservation form and submit it with the dates that you would like to stay, the reservation service will try to find a hotel in the program that can accommodate your request.
Hotels vary, depending upon the location. Some of our hotel & resort partners include Hilton, Hyatt, Westin, Raddisson, Holiday Inn, Best Western, Quality Inn, Marriott, Wyndham and Sheraton. In some cities (like Orlando and Las Vegas), you will often have the choice of staying in 2 or more different areas. Some hotels provide mini-suites complete with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotels are ALWAYS guaranteed by the Travel Agency to have a 3-Star or better rating.
How Can Your Reservation Service Get These Hotel Deals?
Hotels are rarely completely occupied except for major holidays. Rather than have empty space with no people using the restaurants and lounges, many hotels contract with travel agencies to fill the space at a huge discount. The travel agencies and hotels want repeat business. The hotel also wants people using the facilities, especially if they have a casino in the hotel.
Can I bring a friend??
Yes! Your certificate is good for 2 adults, age 21 or older.
Can I use two certificates for the same city, or use them back to back?
No. You may only redeem one hotel certificate per family, per year.
Can we go with another couple?
These certificates are not good for group travel. Two couples could each individually redeem certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would end up staying in the same property. You may request it when you make your reservations with the Reservation Center, but it is not guaranteed.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! The rates on the 91 destinations certificates for children are $5.00 per child per night if under 12 years old, and $10.00 per child per night if over 12 years old.
What Happens After I Send In the $20.00 Redemption Fee?
You will receive a reservation form in the mail within 1 to 3 days after we process your certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your room reservation requests. You may then make your reservations over the internet, by mail or by calling the Reservations Center directly.
Do We Have To Buy Transportation From the Travel Agency?
Not at all! You are not required to purchase transportation from the travel agency. You can make any travel arrangements you would like. Please do not purchase non-refundable travel tickets until you have received written confirmation of your hotel reservations. If you purchase plane tickets in advance, you may have to make changes to accommodate your hotel reservations.
Are There Any Times When I Can't Reserve a Room?
Hotels are generally filled with paying customers during major holidays. Most of the hotels are also filled with paying customers on weekends, especially in Las Vegas and Orlando. This program is valid 7 days a week except for the time of December 15 - January 5. You will need to provide the agency with two date choices of travel on the Reservations Request Form.
How Many People Use These Certificates?
The travel agency handles thousands of reservations each month. Many of those reservations are from repeat customers, which is how they make their money. They get the repeat customers because they deliver what they promise.
How Many Travel Packages Can I Buy?
You can purchase 1 accommodation package with your certificate on our website. You may only use one certificate per family per year.
Could you send me a list of hotels I might get in a particular city?
Nope! Sorry, but the hotels that participate in our program don't want to let their regular visitors know that they are paying up to twenty times more for the same room. They are uncomfortable about us mentioning that they have hotels in the program, but allow us to mention their names, in a general sense. For example, SOME Ramada hotels are part of the program. That doesn't mean that they all are, and it certainly doesn't mean that you'll be staying at a Ramada in any particular city. That's also one of the reasons you don't get to pick your hotel. Even so, we promise that the worst hotel where you might stay has no less than a three-star rating! You've got nothing to worry about.
Purchasing or obtaining these certificates in no way obligates you to travel or spend additional money. By redeeming any of these certificates you agree to hold us harmless of any liability that may arise. All users of these certificates agree to the given terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not use or redeem the certificates. If you have any questions, please contact us.
